Today we're discussing:
1) First trip out of the country
Well, this one will be boring. I've never been out of the country! I've been as far north as Massachusetts, as far south as Key West (Mile 0!), and as far west as Houston. How dull. :)
2) First major purchase on your own
I guess I'll continue to be dull today. I'm pretty sure my first major purchase was a washer. It felt much more exciting than it sounds, trust me!
3) First thing you learned to cook
I feel very boring today... I'm pretty sure the first thing I could cook on my own was a pack of Ramen noodles. I lived off of those things in my teenage years, by choice! These days I sometimes live on them due to necessity. Oh, young Carrie. If only you knew. I still don't cook very intricate dishes, but I also learned to bake things when I was younger! My mom taught me how to make her mother's chocolate pound cake and it's probably the first thing I could make that I'm proud to own up to.

Ramen noodles are a favorite of mine...they are still a regular grocery in our house, even though I enjoy cooking more elaborate dishes.
I have never left the country, either.
hahah we are so much alike. Simple and boring.
I think we rock it:):)
Oh man, my sister was sooo obsessed with Ramen noodles when we were younger! I mean I think she still is, but even more so back then. And at least you've been to quite a wide range of the country - that still counts for something! :)
So glad you linked up with us again today as usual!!
