It's Wednesday and I'm linking up with Danielle and Aubrey for Wino Wednesday!
If you've seen my other Wino Wednesday posts, you probably know that I don't understand wine at all but sure love to drink it. Maybe you can help me with that?
Here are some things that I wonder about wine:
How long can I leave an opened (and resealed) bottle of wine in the fridge before it's totally gross?
Does moving a bottle in and out of the fridge before opening it mess it up at all?
Do certain wines really taste better when accompanied with certain foods?
Which wines taste the best by themselves?
How many different types of grapes can there really be?
If I bought a bottle of wine right now and stashed it in a closet, what'll happen if I decide to drink it in like 10 years? Will it taste better? Worse? Just get stronger?
Is there a Wine for Dummies book and should I buy it?
And most importantly... what's your favorite kind of wine?
P.S. Check me out on Facebook!

I feel like I should send you a long e-mail, but the answer to at least half of those questions is: It depends on the wine. I've learned a lot by going to wine tastings at local shops and asking questions as I buy. My favorite varietal is Pinot Noir for sipping all on it's own. Malbec is also really good, and especially with pizza! As for the fridge question, check out my blog today. The Wine Improvement Drops seem to work really well for that!
when you get all the answers...let me know! i'm clueless, but can appreciate a great glass! *yum*
new to your blog by way of let them eat cake...enjoy your day;)
