Yesterday I confessed how tired I was of eating leftovers, but I realize I'll probably miss them once they're gone! Tonight we feasted upon a frozen pizza and it was kinda awesome. Not as fast as microwaving fridge food, but still awesome.
I confess that my Christmas tree is still standing proud in the living room. I tell myself every day that it's time to undecorate it, but I can't quite make myself do it. Maybe tomorrow...
I'm spending the next three weekends away from home, and I confess that I'm really not excited about that. I'm such a homebody. Being home is fun for me. I can do what I want, when I want, and not wear pants! :)
Hubs and I are currently making our way through Jericho (nuclear apocalypse show from 2006) & Couplings (British sit com from 2000). I confess that apocalypse shows make me pretty angry. I love to watch them, but I shout at the TV most of the time! These people just don't know how to survive. Things just don't make sense to me... On the other hand, Couplings is quite funny. (Sorta like a British Friends.) And the theme song is constantly stuck in my head.

This weekend will bring family time & a trip to the state museum. Hopefully all smooth sailing there. What are you up to this weekend?

You'll have to let me know if there are any great sales in the museum gift shop. My sister is a history teacher and my policy is I'll go to any state park, old fort, museum, etc as long as there is a gift shop. :) Have fun!

I didn't quite go into the gift shop, but the deals were literally spilling out of it! Lots of Christmas-y museum & SC things. Saw a table w/ things like palmetto tree door knockers & other home decor things on sale (30% or 40% off, something awesome like that).
I confess....I don't know when I'm going to get our three (!!) tree down. Maybe this weekend? Hasn't exactly been a priority. At least it's just white lights and bows.

We had at least three months last year where we were away 3 weekends in a month. I don't know how I survived. It's been so nice to stay at home lately and stay in pjs ALL day.
