Friday Confessions (1/18/13)

Friday = confession time!
Photobucket

I'm confessing more lazily this time, k? :) (AKA I'm only saying "I confess" once because it's easier)

I Confess

I'm nervously excited about meeting lots of new people tomorrow at the Palmetto Bloggers Meetup. I'm kinda terrible around groups (or people in general), so feel free to poke and prod me out of my shyness.

I packed half of everything I own to leave home for the weekend. Never know what you'll need when you're away!

Hubs & I don't usually leave each other for more than a day's time. Can't wait to see how he survives a weekend alone with the puppy & cats. I'm sure I'll hear many a terrible story when I return.

One of the things I'm most excited about this weekend is the drive to/from Charleston. I love driving through the Carolinas! It's just so beautiful all the time! Mountains, beaches, trees (oh, the trees). What do we not have?

Exhibit A: Carolina beach

Exhibit B: Carolina mountain driving (bonus: trees)

I've never spent much time in Charleston. My only real memory of it is visiting on a second grade field trip and all I remember is a carriage ride. Time to make some memorable memories!

I GOT TO INBOX ZERO TODAY! If you don't know what I'm talking about, that's ok. Just know that I'm really excited and you should be proud of me.

This draft has been sitting around for way more hours than normal. I need to up my blogging ahead of time skills. :)

What are you up to this weekend? Do you have a three day-er ahead, or are you having a normal two day weekend like me?

I'm really excited to me you tomorrow at the meet-up. What time do you think you'll be arriving?

Thanks for linking up for Friday Confessional! I already know you'll have a fabulous weekend because you'll be with us!

Both of those pictures are so pretty!
North Charleston has a bad reputation as a more high-crime section, but I like the James Island area, Isle of Palms, and Folly Beach.
