First job?
I didn't start working until I left home and started college. My first job was working in the library's interlibrary loan department. It was a six hour per week job. That seemed cool back then but I don't know how I made any money at all from six hours! I retrieved books for other libraries to borrow, put up just returned books, and shredded a whole lot of old paper. I mean, seriously, it was the task that took up most of those six hours. Not the most exciting job but I loved my time working in a library!
First car?
I also didn't get a car until college... My mom gave me her old '94 Mercury Sable. I think I got it in 2007-ish? It was a pretty good first car. We referred to it as The Walrus. It was big and kinda ugly and definitely slow moving. :) Here's a visual:

First date?
Yay! Something I did before college! (Barely...) My first date seems to have also been my last & only first date. After being friends all through high school, hubs & I went on our first date the summer after graduating high school. We saw Cars, ate at Mellow Mushroom, and took a walk in a park! Pretty cliche, now that I think about it. Good times. :)
Breakfast for dinner tonight! Heck yes! See you tomorrow!

I think working in a library might be cool! You'd at least get lots of good book ideas to read! Although, yes - six hours surely doesn't seem like enough to make any money! Thanks for linking up with us :)
